Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, Dolce Gusto, etc.) opening onto the large living room (pool table), cosy lounge with pellet stove and large-format TV (Netflix, etc.), large bedroom (160cm bed - small dressing unit - TV), separate wc.

First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds/bedroom - small dressing area), shower room (Italian shower - rain shower head - hairdryer), separate wc.

Outside: separate games room (table football - large-format TV - darts board - sofa), enclosed garden, front and rear terraces (garden furniture - deckchairs - barbecue), table tennis table, swing, petanque area, garage (washing machine - tumble dryer - additional fridge).

You will have access to the swimming pool at our campsite Les Carolins in Saintè-Lô D'ourville, 2km from the gîte, from 1 April to 30 October. The pool is covered and heated to 29°C throughout the season.

For your comfort, bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival. Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair, bath/changing table). Free WiFi/Fibre - Netflix & Amazon Prime available.
