Resident pitches at Les Carolins camp site

On a wooded and unusual site, we propose plots of about 120 m2 for rent, equipped with utilities, for your mobile home. You are welcome on the camp site from 1 april to 31 October. The offer includes rental of the plot and water consumption.
To be paid by you:

• Electricity consumption: a first reading is taken when installing your mobile home and a second at end of season (when the camp site closes)
• Installation costs (connection, setting up the mobile home, etc.) are to be paid by the resident.
• Right of entry

Residents and the persons who are declared in the contract benefit from the camp site facilities: swimming pool, TV room, table tennis room, etc.

Our requirements concerning the mobile home:

• The mobile home must not be more than 10 years old
• The mobile home must have a roof with double slope

2024 prices

• Rental of plot with utilities (<140m2) : €2037 /year
• Rental of plot with utilities (>140m2) : €2175 /year
• Rental of plot without utilities (caravans): €1863 /year
• Deposit for automatic gate remote control (cashed and returned upon departure of the resident): €48
• Right of entry: €1200
• Connection costs: €850 if we make the connection

Residence tax: €0.66 per person over 18 per day (except for persons on the list of exonerated communes)
